Nooks and Crannies
The collection of works in Nooks and Crannies focuses on the process of retaining my lost childhood home. This is done through the imagery of specific chosen objects from the home. The artwork speaks to the phenomenological experience of one's life and the preserving of memory in objects. This work opens the door for one to think about their own connections with the home and the objects that fill it. It allows a moment of recognition with the place each one of us calls "home".
